Did you know that staging is the most effective way to properly prepare a home for sale? It can significantly shorten the time on the market and help you earn top dollar. We believe you shouldn't leave money on the table and staging is the quickest way to maximize the return on your investment.        

The First Impression Is The Only Impression

Statistics show that people decide within 90 seconds upon entering a home if they are interested in buyng it. By having a certified home staging expert market your property, you reduce the risk of losing that potential sale. 

 So many people think that they are saving money by not staging their home, but in todays market, you can't afford to take a chance. 

A Furnished Home Is Not A Staged Home

Staging is unique in that a professional stager can highlight a home's assets and overcome problems, such as over- decorated homes, odd-shaped rooms and needed light. We  will appeal to the greatest number of people by strategically placing furniture so that the eye will go to the best features of the room.

One of the best analogies to explain the difference between a furnished home and a staged home is this:  I wouldn't send someone to a dentist if they need open heart surgery.  Even though a dentist and a cardiologist are both doctors, they have different specialties. A real estate agent markets the home and a stager turns the home into a marketable commodity.
