Sometimes effective staging can be accomplished using the clients own furniture
and items. It is amazing what can be done by just re working existing furnishings to create a whole new feel. When
we live in a home surrounded by familiar items we can fall into design ruts. So, when we get ready to sell our homes it sometimes
takes a third party with an objective point of view, who is not emotionally connected, to show aspects of the home that
will attract buyers. There are occasions when home staging requires that we help provide the proper furnishings
and accessories to create a warm and universally appealing atmosphere so that almost anyone can picture themselves
living in the home.
